This lovely patient in her late 70s came to me wanting to look more refreshed while still looking completely like herself.
I performed an endoscopic brow lift, facelift, and neck lift, along with fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing to the face, neck, and chest. Combining surgery with laser resurfacing allows me to address more than just laxity. I can also improve skin texture, fine lines, and sun damage so the rejuvenation feels more complete and cohesive.
